Guarantees or Warranty Standard warranties for Residential Alarm Systems (purchase) are 1 year for parts and 90 days for labor. A Residential Service Program is also available for Residential Customers which covers all parts and labor. Maintenance for all Commercial Leased Alarm Systems is included in the monthly monitoring fees. Maintenance Plans We service all electronic security equipment, and specialize in our monthly "Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement" which includes parts and labor, inspections, loaner equipment while yours is being repaired, and most importantly, "No-Worry."
